Shrimp Scampi


Our family LOVES shrimp! We can't get enough of it! This shrimp scampi dish is super easy to make but still very delicious! Next time, I am definitely making some biscuits to go with the dish!

Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

1 lbs large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Scampi Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Lowri seasoning salt
salt and pepper to taste

Direction:

In a small bowl, mix all the scampi sauce ingredients and microwave it for 30 seconds or until the butter is melted.

In a large pan, over medium-high heat, cook shrimp in 1 tablespoon butter. As shrimp starts to turn pink, pour in the scampi sauce and stir occasionally. Cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
